O Hotel tem uma ala nova, e uma ala mais antiga, a qual é difícil até para acessar. Porém, o maior problema é o estado precário das instalações e banheiro da mesma. Ponto mais negativo são as aberturas sem isolamento acústico, ainda mais levando em conta que o hotel fica a beira de uma via bastante movimenta.

É um hotel bom. Bem localizado. Atendimento da equipe é de primeira. O quarto possui problemas de barulho no ar-condicionado, como se tivesse uma lata solta batendo. Fora isso, o resto é ótimo. O café da manhã é ótimo. Máquina de café (paga) da recepção não funcionava direito.

Minha família já conhece o hotel. Particularmente meu pai gosta muito. Dessa vez, fiquei um pouco chateada, hospedei 19 pessoas para minha festa de formatura e solicitei translado para o local da festa e o hotel nem avaliou a possibilidade de levar minha família, apenas falaram que não faziam esse tipo de serviço. Entendo, que não fazem esse tipo de serviço, mas 19 pessoas durante quase 1 semana, poderiam abrir uma exceção. O hotel dispõem de restaurante e infelizmente não nos agradou muito, preço exorbitante e porções pequenas.
