“Wish I booked elsewhere. Not sure about the overall ratings Expedia shows for this place. Check-in: Waited 10 minutes or more. Cost is unrefundable. Needed a 2nd night stay without knowing the dread. Re-entry into hotel was controlled by a button at the check-in counter but staff were hardly there. Value: Not worth it. Paid more for 2nd night. No coffee/tea, no shampoo/conditioner. Smelly towels. Uncomfortable bed, half of it was sunken. Staff:...

“The location is amazing for enjoying nature and the unspoilt environment, with great views if hummingbirds in the garden. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were kind and attentive, with knowledgable guides always on hand. A lovely exprience.”

The views of the hills in the distance and the staghorn plants that surround as you take a dip in the pool are incredibly peaceful. “The room was okay, the staff where reserved, unfortunately the pool didn't look clean and the front foyer needed some work. The dining room was big and spacious. I could see a wedding reception being held there. The transportation guy was great!”

Booked for 3 persons but there were only 2 towels (staff was very friendly and efficient in providing additional towel). Some restaurant menu items were obviously overpriced. Limited access to the pool as this is a shared facility with a swimming club that had scheduled classes most of time.”
