“It feels like management/ownership is leaving the staff out to dry. One day they had a pipe leak and we couldn’t get any hot water. The icemaker in the refrigerator didn’t work because it wasn’t hooked up and never did get hooked up. Had to TRY and get ice every morning. Apparently ice is like gold there. The room was good and we had a nice view of the ocean. There were a bunch of little things that just added up turn our stay into an average one.”

“Very pretty resort on the Atlantic Ocean. Staff was helpful and kind in almost every way. We had Sasha as our waitress many times in the restaurant and she was pleasant and helpful. Our next trip to St. Marteen will include Oyster Bay Resort.”

“Great little beach, great food & bar. Very friendly staff. Room was TINY with no decor, view of building next door. Killed 2 bugs on floor. ”

“Our first room was not what we thought we had booked. It was far away from main buildings and up a steep hill. There was not a direct view of the water. We asked for a change and the staff accommodated us after one day. The room over looking the beach was great, convenient to everything with a modern kitchen with washer dryer and balcony. ”
