This hotel is in an absolutely perfect location. You’re up in the San Blas area - barely over a 5 minute walk to the San Blas Market, and only 13 minutes to Plaza de Armas. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the breakfast each morning is great, and the rooms are clean. We had a late evening departure, and they let us store our bags for about 7 hours after checkout time. If we head back to Cusco, we would definitely stay here again!

Auka boutique San blas excellent

My stay and experience was excellent. Staff was very attentive, clean and upgraded rooms, breakfast was served great and good food. They had a pack lunch for us the days we left early. Would stay here again.

The San Blas neighborhood is a perfect place to stay when visiting Cusco. This hotel has a great breakfast overlooking all of Cusco (a view you have to pay for at most restaurants); the food was great and made to order - the PERFECT start to our day every day. The staff was super friendly and helpful; they held our bags for 4 days while we hiked the Inca trail. Great hot water and heating too.

Loved this hotel. Our room had a king sized bed, was very spacious, tastefully decorated and had high ceilings. The bed was super comfortable and the surrounding area was very quite, peaceful and safe. Breakfast on the top floor is a must do in an enclosed balcony with incredible views of Cusco! Check in was easy and everyone was polite and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel!

Super nice and quaint boutique hotel with nice views. Definitely, no parking, but that was ok, I didn't have a car. On top of the hill from central Cusco. So, be prepared for stairs or up hill trek to get back after exploring. Breakfast was nice!

Cutest Boutique

This was my second year in a row staying at Auka Boutique. Last year I stayed a week and this time around I was only able to stay 4 days. Located in the beautiful neighborhood of San Blas overlooking the entire city of Cusco. The staff as always very warm and welcoming, very attentive. On both occasions they allowed me to check-in early..Staff arranged for car service and taxi to and from airport super early in the morning . Very happy to have stayed with them two years in a row and looking forward to my next stay with them again. Thank you for everything Auka staff!!

The rooms and space is very beautiful, but they need to work out some of the issues of the hotel before the busy season. I felt like the front desk staff was very frantic and seemed to be having quite a few issues, and when I expressed my displeasure due to some issues I had they didn’t apologize or seem sorry at all. My room was freezing and they gave me a small heater for it, which took a few hours before it heated the room. I couldn’t shower because there was no hot water, and I tried several times in the evening and morning. The staff said in the evening that it was just because lots of people were showering and it should go back to normal soon. In the morning when I checked out with another staff he said the issue was only for 10 minutes and was now fixed, to which I said my hot water never kicked on, and he just shrugged. I paid a premium to have a nice bathroom, and not being able to shower at a hotel is a major issue. I hope they treat other people better and offer compensation if they have issues like this.

Em geral, o pessoal do atendimento é bem prestativo, mas requer melhorar. Veja, no primeiro dia tive problema com a temperatura da água do banho, fomos na recepção a noite e a atendente disse que estava normal, e não estava. Enfim, não conseguiu resolver nada. No outro dia fui exigir a troca do quarto, logo o rapaz da manhã resolveu o problema sem a troca do quarto. Em resumo, os funcionários precisam de uma mesma linha na capacidade de resolução de problemas. O café da manhã é normal. A cama é muito boa. A localização também achei boa, pois está entre a praça San Blas e a Praça das Armas.

We liked our stay in this hotel. The service is really good and friendly staff. They just have to upgrade their showers 🚿. Other than that it is clean, friendly, close to the main streets and “plaza”and next to one of the best coffee shops in the area.

Perfect place to stay in Cusco

Lovely stay in a comfortable, clean and friendly hotel in the trendy San Blas area of Cusco. The staff and accommodation are really great at this small hotel that sits at the top of a hill overlooking Cusco (nice view from the restaurant at the top while having breakfast!). All members of staff are super welcoming and helpful. One note - our first room was right next to reception and was disappointing. It had no window and noise carried from the lobby. We asked to move rooms the next day and the staff facilitated this without fuss. The two other rooms that we stayed in over the next 4 days (2 separate stays) we’re lovely, quiet and full of natural light. A lovely place to stay in Cusco
