“This hotel is far from the main street, no shops around. They don't have luxurious suites. But still, I think five stars are not enough for them. I was so happy with my stay, and my only complain here is that they set up my standard of hotel front staffs so high, that I would not be easily satisfied later on.
When I come back to this hotel, staffs always greets me and ask how my day was, and what do I need for next day, like boxed meals, taxi reservation, morning call for early tour, and so on....
“This hotel is a little walk to the historical center but not too bad. The altitude is something you need to watch and many people get the headache and low oxygen saturation levels so you need to take it easy Day 1 and let your body acclimate. The staff was extremely kind and professional. I highly recommend this hotel. ”

“12각돌과 아마르광장에서 가까운 거리의 호텔, 하지만 복층 방 중에 1층이 침대하나로 가득찰 정도로 너무 좁았고 여행을 왔던 6월 밤에는 핫팩을 침대에 깔아놓고 자야할 정도로 난방이 되지 않아 추위에 떨어야 했습니다. 너무 추워서 2층은 사용할 엄두가 나지 않았고 야경을 볼때만 잠깐 올라가서 볼 뿐이었습니다. 다시 쿠스코에 방문한다면 다른 숙박을 이용할것같습니다.”
“the lady at the front desk, Noamie (spelling?), was very helpful. She actually saved our trip to Pachupicchu! She arranged taxi to (2:30am!) and from (10pm) a bus station we had no idea. We had no idea where we were going! At end the taxi took us to the station nobody told us at the time of bokking! the staff was kind! ”
“It is located next to the wide road and easily accessible to the ‘Plaza de Armas’. I walked to the ‘San Pedro Market’ and post office for sending my package to my country. Staff was very kind and gentle. It provides breakfast. I feel so comfortable at this hotel. ”
