โThis was the most perfect place to stay! The entire staff was so kind and amazing and made our stay in Cusco so great. Breakfast was delicious and when we had an early morning to Machu Pichu, they had breakfast to go for us! Would highly recommend staying at Casa Cruz Verde! โ
โThe hotel and staff are excellent. It is about 10 minutes walking from Plaza de Armas.
The location itself is one of the must-see alleys in Cusco, Siete Borreguitos, decorated with many plants and wall art.

โI arrived @Cozy Room during my first visit there and learned my booking had gone into the hotel's spam mail. Subsequently, there was no booking for me and no available rooms.
However, Cozy Room immediately made it right-within 15 minutes they Ubered me, at their expense, to another hotel not too far away. I was heading to Machu Picchu the next morning so I left my luggage at the new hotel to hold until my return. Upon my return, Cozy Room had picked up my luggage and they were waiting for me...
