"The room was large with a very large bathroom as well. It did not have a walk-in shower, but more of a tub shower. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel itself was clean and well kept up and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing with significant variety and fresh cooked options, which is an omelette station. They also had regional food for breakfast, which was fun. We ate at the restaurant twice and the food was fantastic. My only complaint was the rooms at the front of the buildings are not insulated all that well, and you could hear the noise on the street. The rooms in the front of the building did have a balcony with a view of the city, which was nice."

"The Union Hotel was great! The hotel is one block away from San Pedro Market and San Pedro station as well as a 10 mins walk from the Plaza de Armas. Its a great place to be to in Cusco of you prefer to be a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the City. They also have a cute patio with events most days of the week. A plus is that you can order a car from the airport and back. The rooms are cute and spacious. The beds pretty standard but not over the top. I didn't know I needed a rainfall shower but that was a nice surprise. Anyway stay here! The staff, including Juan, Abelina, and Daniella, are nice and very accommodating whether English or Spanish speaking 💜"

"The staff on reception were 5 star. Very polite and helpful , and always there with our key waiting to welcome us back in. The apartment itself was large and very clean, only gripe for me is the curtains do not block out street lights if your room has one outside. Its in a quiet residential area. The walk into the historic centre takes 10 15mins. Its uphill for 2 blocks on the way back. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our week here whilst exploring Cusco and surrounding areas. "
