โWas fantastic hotel. Room was really huge and clean. Bed was comfortable. Location to access market san pedro, plaza was very convenient. Also, people all were very professional and kind. One of best hotels I ever visited all around the world. I want to recommend this hotel to whoever has plan to visit to cusco, especially with family members.

โWe loved our stay at Casa Cruz Verde! My husband and I stayed here as part of our honeymoon and we were greeted by the cutest towel and flower arrangement on the bed with a sweet note. All of the staff were wonderful and went above and beyond. The breakfast was made to order and delicious. The rooms was modern and clean, and the staff cleaned it each day. โThis hotel is far from the main street, no shops around. They don't have luxurious suites. But still, I think five stars are not enough for them. I was so happy with my stay, and my only complain here is that they set up my standard of hotel front staffs so high, that I would not be easily satisfied later on.
When I come back to this hotel, staffs always greets me and ask how my day was, and what do I need for next day, like boxed meals, taxi reservation, morning call for early tour, and so on....
