“This hotel is far from the main street, no shops around. They don't have luxurious suites. But still, I think five stars are not enough for them. I was so happy with my stay, and my only complain here is that they set up my standard of hotel front staffs so high, that I would not be easily satisfied later on. When I come back to this hotel, staffs always greets me and ask how my day was, and what do I need for next day, like boxed meals, taxi reservation, morning call for early tour, and so on....

“I arrived @Cozy Room during my first visit there and learned my booking had gone into the hotel's spam mail. Subsequently, there was no booking for me and no available rooms. However, Cozy Room immediately made it right-within 15 minutes they Ubered me, at their expense, to another hotel not too far away. I was heading to Machu Picchu the next morning so I left my luggage at the new hotel to hold until my return. Upon my return, Cozy Room had picked up my luggage and they were waiting for me...

“This is a guest house- meaning owned by a single family, whom you will meet (the two sons and their cat were our "welcome committee." The area is not in the tourist zone, but it is quite safe. There is a shop across the street to buy water, soda, snacks, and Ronaldo provides an excellent breakfast. The beds are new and great, and the blankets thick and warm. “Kind crew and reasonable price But when i enter the room i can,t find towel So i have to ask bring the towel to me And they provide free breakfast but only 2~3 bread and coffee it is different with picture And they didn,t empty the trash can in the rest room”
