I had a great experience at this hotel! I checked out early to head to the airport, but after my flight got canceled, I came back and they kindly gave me the same room again with no extra charge. The staff was incredibly helpful and understanding, which made a stressful situation so much easier. The room was very clean, and the location is perfect, close to everything. Highly recommend!

Amazing Hotel!

Amazing staff, location and service. Room was very clean and comfortable, staff was very kind and let us keep our luggage there while we were site seeing. The location was a 5-6 min walk to the center of town. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Cusco.

I had a great stay at Los Portales. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, with a great location close to restaurants and the main square—super convenient for exploring the area.
