We enjoyed our stay at Solara Art Hotel. It's in a pretty lively neighbourhood, so there is some noise at night. But the space was as advertised, comfortable, and the staff were extremely helpful.

Atenas runs a great small inn. Close to historical sites and ten minutes from the main square, five minutes to the central market. Rooms are a little cozy, but modern with nice fixtures and a roomy shower. Even though this is close to the historical center, the rooms back on a courtyard and are very quiet. Great breakfast and small common area. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

A home-y hotel close to the city centre. The host, Atenas, is a lovely lady who cared for us throughout the stay. It did get a little cold at night but the bed was warm and cozy so I was fine.

My husband and I loved staying here. We stayed for 5 nights. We loved the design of the hotel. The host Atenas was amazing and so kind. She help us a lot and was flexible. The included breakfast is healthy and a great start to the day. If you’re staying in Cusco, I highly recommend here. Great location to a ton of city attractions like the main plaza, San Pedro Market and much more. We walked and explored the city with ease.

A home-away-from-home

This was truly like a home-away-from home experience. The bed was comfy and the included breakfast was delicious and healthful and set us up for the day's excursions. Tea and coffee and filtered water were available right outside the room in a shared kitchen area -- this was much appreciated! Also, my daughter's clothes were laundered expertly -- and she had been working at an excavation site so we were very pleased with the return of very clean clothes! The hotel is quite near to the main Plaza de Armas, and we walked to museums and the archeological site of Sacsaywoman (sp?). Fabulous place and very helpful staff!!

Una increíble atención por parte de Atenas, desde un día antes se puso en contacto conmigo para coordinar todo (traslado, habitación, etc) me ayudó con todos los tours incluyendo Machu Picchu ya que no tenía tickets. Lo recomiendo ampliamente!!!

No lo recomiendo si buscas descanso y buena atenci

Mi experiencia en este hospedaje ha sido de las más informales que he tenido viajando. Todo el servicio recae en una sola persona, lo cual hace muy difícil brindar una buena atención en hospitalidad. Faltaron insumos básicos como papel higiénico y productos de higiene personal (solo había un bote sin indicar si era jabón o shampoo). La ubicación está en una calle con mucho comercio ambulante y ruido constante. Las paredes son de tablaroca, por lo que se escucha absolutamente todo lo que ocurre en los otros cuartos. Descansar aquí es prácticamente imposible. Tuvimos además un inconveniente con el pago debido a una falta de comunicación entre ellos y la plataforma de reservas. Me dijeron que era mi responsabilidad recordarles que debían cobrarme, lo cual me pareció muy poco profesional. Una vez todo quedó pagado, dos meses después, recibí un nuevo link de pago sin explicación y al contactar a la encargada consultando sobre esto, no obtuve respuesta. En resumen, no recomiendo este lugar si lo que buscas es una estancia tranquila, sin preocupaciones y enfocada en disfrutar Cusco.

Hospedagem

Tivemos ótima hospedagem. Fomos muito bem recepcionadas e assistidas pela Atenas, responsável pela hospedagem. É uma hotel muito bem localizado, com muito comércio em volta, uns 4 ou 5 quarteirões do Marcado Sao Pedro e Plaza de Armas, de mercados e restaurantes. É um hotel sem recepção 24hs, mas Atenas vai estar lá para receber e dar algumas instruções. E qualquer coisa que precise dela é so entrar em contato. Se vc for tomar cafe da manhã no hotel ela prepara na hora, se vc tiver passeios agendados muito cedo, tipo 4 ou 5 horas da manhã ela deixa um pequeno lanche pra vc não sair sem comer . Gostamos demais da atenção da Atenas e da hospedagem em geral. Os quartos tem um bom tamanho, as camas, cobertores e travesseiros estavam ótimos e limpos. Recomendo muito a hospedagem. Sem luxo mas atende muito bem os hospedes. A única ressalva é que fica em um prédio no segundo e terceiro andar sem elevador, então não é acessível. Para nós isso não foi um problema
