In general, the Taypikala hotel was good, there were only two details that particularly caught my attention: 1.- The absence of a soap disk in the bathroom. 2.- And the most important, the 6 days we were staying we had problems with the Internet connection, it became super slow or fell down especially at night. We were able to extend our stay 2 more days, thanks to the reservation staff.

Pros: Heater and heavy blanket in room, great shower pressure with hot water, filtered water station, coco tea immediately available, saw people getting supplemental O2, decent breakfast - scrambled eggs, omelette station, orange juice was amazing, will make a small lunch bag if you miss breakfast Cons: It’s an older building and the eggs were sometimes runny - that’s literally my only complaint Middle of the their winter and I was as comfortable as I could be. Would 100% stay here again.

15 minuti a piedi da Plaza De Armas, a pochi minuti dalle stradine del centro storico. Hotel che soddisfa ogni aspettativa. Personale molto attento alle esigenze degli ospiti (ho chiesto alcune cose che, per mero errore, mancavano nella stanza ed hanno soddisfatto la mia richiesta in un lampo). Consigli da parte del personale alla reception sui ristoranti tipici nei dintorni al di là delle mie aspettative. Colazione nella media. Consigliato per rapporto qualità/prezzo.

We had a great stay! We stayed here for three nights before heading out on the Inca trail. It was the perfect location for exploring the historic district and the onsite restaurant was an easy option when we had a 4:00 am wake up call. They even packed us a breakfast. My only complaint is that the hot water wasn’t that hot in the shower. Would stay again!
