Very sweet and accommodating staff. Was able to leave my luggage early prior to my trip to Cusco and was able to retrieve it when I came back. The room and amenities was also wonderful. Everything is perfect for the price and walking distance to all you need to visit. Room recently renovated and the breakfast got everything you need to start the day. We got in our room and we had an issue with thr shower. They changed the room right away and upgraded us to the suite.
