I can recommend this sanctuary of a hotel for the beauty, service, breakfast , comfortable bed, sound of the river, trail behind the hotel and the bathtub ( a rare find in the sacred valley. Frank and Lyda were attentive and helpful. They went out of their way for us. I absolutely love room 3, which is on the second floor with a gorgeous view of the river. Frank cools delicious eggs and the fresh bread varies. There is fresh juice and the view of the trees is lovely. The room was very clean all three times, and there is a skylight over the bathtub. The bathroom is very pretty and there are good pillows. The room is spacious, and Frank ( and the entire staff) ensure you have all you need .

Amazing night sky views - away from town so not much light pollution. A short taxi/tuktuk into Pisac itself for the market and good restaurants. Accommodation was basic as was the breakfast. Large room. Un-made track to drive up to get to the accommodation and little in the way of signage - thank god for google maps. OK place to lay your head for a couple of nights whilst exploring the area.
We are overall very happy with our stay. Excellent services, clean and comfortable room in a very peaceful atmosphere, and with a decent breakfast. We would come back again!

Not 3.5 star!
I am not sure how this place gets 3.5 stars. And not worth the money. There was hardly any hot water coming out of the shower. Full of dead small bugs. I had to watch myself with a glass. The room is ultra cold even with the small heater. Beds are comfy. Wifi in the room is pretty much non existent. You have to go to the reception area for semi decent wifi. If you do not speak spanish, good luck with staff! But they are rather nice people and help as much as they can. It just deserves a 2 stars and should be less expensive.
This place was such an incredible find! Tucked away about a 6-8min drive away from the Pisac center Bamboo lodge sits right on this beautiful river. The stars at night were unbeilavably. The rooms are beautifully well kept. The walls are thick concrete walls so it’s silent as can be at night. Every room has its private balcony which overlooks this beautiful Forrest along the river. Each room also has an exquisite bath tub. Seriously considering sticking around one more day just to stay here again and get the view of these stars and the comfort. Very happy!!

- Very friendly and helpful staff/service
- Beautiful serene setting in eucalyptus forest with gentle stream
- Comfortable, warm, big beds
- Large rooms
- DirectTV
-s
- Hot water is hit or miss
- Room and floor can get very cold. More rugs or heaters might help
- Could use a garbage bin in the room or a much larger one in the bathroom floor
This place is a hidden gem! It overlooks a small river on the edge of town but is a short walk away from the market & town plaza. The rooms are big and comfortable although the bed is very firm. Esteban who worked the front desk is also the cook & is wonderful. It's a nice place to stay.
I enjoyed my stay very much. It was very peaceful and the food was excellent. Saul was very nice and always helpful. It was very close to the ruins and Saul arranged transportation for me.
