I stayed two times at this location. First time, I was given the 2nd floor and the room location made it difficult to sleep because the lights from the hallways were always on, thankfully I had an eye mask I was able to sleep. The second time, I got the 3rd floor and that room was so much better. I was able to sleep comfortably. Overall, great location and very helpful staff 🤗

Excelente experiencia!!! Estuvimos hospedados por varios días intercalados. Guardaron nuestro equipaje en el storage. La atención 10/10, limpieza y ubicación 100 puntos!! La cordialidad del staff en general es sobresaliente. Desayuno incluido y variado. Recomendaría el hotel sin dudarlo.

Amazing Hotel Service near the Centro
Awesome front desk service…very helpful from good recommendation for a haircut place to getting a taxi. Everything was amazing including location. It’s too bad there are no elevators, which is helpful during the first couple of days in Cuzco.

Ótimo hotel, desde que dê atenção ais detalhes.
Tivemos uma boa estadia, perto de tudo que era importante e a uns 20 passos da Plaza de Armas. Porém se tiver qualquer dificuldade de locomoção, converse com o hotel ou sua estadia será difícil, o hotel não tem elevador (como quase tds da cidade ). Fiquei em um quarto para casal com cama queen, mas fiquei na dúvida, talvez pq o quarto era muito pequeno.Café da manhã muito bom!!!!

The hotel is great. It is clean and the staff is very friendly. It has perfect location close to all what you need in the historical center of Cusco. However, expedia advertised and sold us this specific hotel (Casa Andina Standard Cathedral) and the hotel was locked (no longer in service) when our taxi brought us to it. The driver was kind enough to make a few phone calls and brought us to their other property (Casa Andina Standard) a few blocks away where we were checked in. Expedia failed to keep the database up to date and sold us no longer existing property.

New, clean, but a tiny patio
The hotel is fairly new and clean. The windows of my room look to the inside of the hotel so no chance of privacy and a view. There is only a tiny patio.

Buena ubicación y excelente servicio
El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación y muy buen servicio por todo el personal, cumple con lo básico para un buen alojamiento, lo malo es que se escucha todo lo que pasa en el exterior, en el pasillo, en el resto de las habitaciones y en las zonas comunes; ademas las camas son muy suaves.

Muy buen hotel, excelente ubicación
El lugar es muy bueno, buen hotel con un muy buen servicio, las habitaciones son muy agradables y equipadas con lo necesario considerando que uno está poco tiempo en el hotel en éste tipo de destinos. La ubicación es excelente, a solo unos metros de la plaza de armas lo que permite moverse muy bien en la ciudad

Disappointing
Not so good first day was given a Noisy room after a long flight expected to have a good nights rest. For the cost had much higher expectations only to be disappointed was moved to another room the next day a bit quieter. No elevators for the cost it;s not Worth it.

The first night was placed in a room that was noisy across from a disco couldn't sleep lot;s of taxis beeping all night after a grueling flight wanted to rest in quiet next day was placed in another room the front staff was aloof not very helpful in locating a better room for the price not worth it.

We were not able to stay there after doing a reservation 4 months in advance and having a confirmation. We also got an e-mail 3 days before checking in following up on our stay. Message that we answer and let them know we were on our way. Very very dissapointed with the hotel. We were moved to another hotel but we wanted the location so much.

Hermoso hotel en Cusco. Excelente ubicacion. A pocos metros de la Iglesia Catedral. Las habitaciones don confortables y la atrncion es muy buena. Buen desayuno. En recepcion siempre hay un te de coca para que te sirvas a gusto. Crrca del lugar hay muchos restaurantds y negocios para comprar recuerdos. Está proximo a Museos, Iglesias y a pocas cuadras del mercado. Excelente!!

The service and management were top notch. I’ve never stayed at a hotel with such friendly staff. They had an issue with our booking, so they sent us to their premium branch down the road at no additional cost to us. The premium hotel was SO nice. Then after our trek we went back to the standard and they gave us their best room just for being flexible.
