아구아스 칼리엔테스 지역의 호텔들은 낡은 호텔들이 많아보였지만 이 호텔은 가격이 비싼 편이 아님에도 불구하고 리뉴얼을 해서 그런지 아주 깔끔했습니다. 넷플릭스에 심지어 디즈니플러스도 설치되어있는... 앞에 뷰도 괜찮았고 무료로 레이트 체크아웃 서비스도 받았습니다.

Las habitaciones son mucho más pequeñas de lo que se ve en las fotos, nos quedamos sin agua en la regadera dos veces, una por la noche y otra por la madrugada, lo que nos atrasó nuestro itinerario. En el desayuno se les acabo el agua natural y dijeron que ya no tenían más. Las camas fueron poco cómodas y el aire acondicionado era muy ruidoso y poco funcional. La ubicación es muy buena, básicamente es saliendo del tren y el personal fue muy amable.

Ubicado frente a la estación de trenes, lo que lo hace conveniente para el transporte, dado que no hay autos en el pueblo. Hay restaurantes cercanos, pero la zona donde más hay está a unas cuadras que habrá que caminar y el terreno en Aguas Calientes es muy irregular por lo que habrá que subir y bajar bastante.

Hospedagem razoável. Para uma noite serve. Cama pequena, quarto pequeno. Barulhento, tem janela anti ruído para o lado da estação de trem, porém o barulho que vem do corredor é intenso. Tem um cano de água no banheiro que faz muito barulho, acho que toda água do andar superior desce por ali. As toalhas de banho são toalhas de rosto alongadas, muito pequenas. Café da manhã é bom, e simples o que já se espera. A localização é boa. Um pouco caro para o que oferece.

This place was pretty decent, felt safe, right behind the train station and close to the large market but the rooms had a musty smell (likely from the damp of the area) otherwise, clean and accomodating. Staff were amazing and addressed all our concerns, let us know about the wifi, were available 24/7, we had access to water and the breakfast times and options were pretty good.

Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was great. Hotel is right next to the train station so strong odor of diesel exhaust present and AC didn’t function well.

good: shower is hot enough and comfortable , near the departure train station, bad: the hotel facilities are very old, bathroom is smelly, the location is not convenient, you need to climb up to get to it, the public toilet is dirty without cleaning

I only gave 4 stars on staff because the night manager that checked us in kept my passports and didnt call the room to tell me he had them. He actually put them on the counter and said i was hoping you came back... Other than that he checked us us in pretty quick.

The property was surprisingly nice! The bathroom was particularly well appointed. The air conditioner was a nice touch. Bottled water and comfortable bed. Great value!

The hotel surprised us with roses which is amazing. The breakfast is free and also great before hiking up to Machu Picchu. They also provide free luggage storage. Really enjoyed the stay.

Nice town, disappointing experience
I’m not sure what happened with our experience. From what I’ve read and heard from people in the area, the hotel is usually very nice. For some reason the room smelled CONSTANTLY of a home with 7 dirty kitty litter boxes. Also, there was poor ventilation that lead to the room being constantly… “swampy”? There was an air conditioner/dehumidifier machine in the room. I ran the dehumidification constantly except when I needed to take it into the bathroom roughly every hour to empty the water basin. I did not sleep well at all because it felt like I was drowning. The staff were ok. It was a bit difficult interacting with them as both my Spanish and their English were mediocre. Again, I think my experience may have been an outlier from what I’ve read and heard, but it is what it is.

The hotel is super clean. Sheets and pillows smells fresh, which usually a issue in other hotels. Close to Central Plaza, safe, friendly. I do recommend this hotel

A bit disappointed as I booked this hotel based on the review rating which I thought it will be a great stay in Aguas Calientes but turned out to be an disappointment. From check in, staff provided us wrong breakfast info, then the room was really damp and smelly. The mattress is worn out should be replaced. The bathroom shower is slow drain and with hair in the wall. I am usually not very fussy but all these added up to a bit disappointment.

Agradable estadía
Alquilamos la habitación superior tipo jr suite, es cómoda y funciona a la perfección si vas de paso a visitar Machu Picchu y quieres pasar la noche en aguas calientes. Limpieza en general es buena y nos permitieron esperar en las instalaciones hasta la hora del tren de retorno. Desayuno incluido y variado.

Great hotel for stop over in Agua Calientes. Despite being so close to the train station we didnt have any issues- we did wake up early to head to Machu Picchu. Highly recommend. Room was spacious and had a balcony.

Atendimento espetacular
Chegamos a noite e o recepcionista homem jovem, no dia 08/09, foi sensacional. Nos acolheu maravilhosamente bem, explicou a região e os locais que precisaríamos ir para pegar o ônibus para Machu Pichu. O quarto também era excelente com uma vista privilegiada e uma sacada linda.

The staff were so nice and accommodating at this hotel! The first night we arrived, my two friends were freezing and it was difficult to get warm. The windows in our room were open and we had to close them for warmth. The light bulbs were also not good quality and we did not have enough towels for the number of guests in our room. We had to change our hotel for the end of the week, primarily due to warmth. I thought that the breakfast was moderate and we all loved the constant tea and hot water availability each day. The location was nicely central for Cusco and we could walk around easily. If you are okay with more of a rustic, older, cabin-type of feel, this hotel can be great for you. If you want a more modern up-to-date option, I recommend looking for another place.

Esperávamos mais!!
O quarto em que ficamos não condizia com as fotos apresentadas na confirmação da reserva, o que gerou grande frustação. Neste quarto a estrutura do banheiro era antiga, porém o chuveiro era excelente. Limpeza do quarto e do hotel boas. Café da manhã razoável e localização muito boa em Águas Calientes.
