The staff was extremely helpful during our stay. The location was perfect to get around Cusco. The property is very cozy and met all of these travellers needs. Highly recommend staying here. The breakfast was a huge bonus!

We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. Staff is absolutely excellent, very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is well located in the Historic Central District. The hotel is a little old but relatively well maintained. I’d recommend it.

Super cute tambo!! Staff (John in particular) was so helpful. Breakfast each morning, coca tea all day long, safe, great location….. we really enjoyed our trip to Cuzco!! So many beautiful things to see and do!!

The gentleman at the front desk helped us with EVERYTHING, from storing our bags when we went to Machupicchu, to breakfast, to late night pizza ordering. The establishment was clean, and we felt safe. Amazing building with Incan wall base, with colonial upper. Unique and special.

Hotel muito charmoso, de frente para o principal ponto turístico de Cusco, Corycancha. Pessoal muito solícito e amigável. 5 minutos a pé para a Plaza de armas.

Situated conveniently near city center and walking distance to most attractions. The hotel itself is a historic building. Staff were very friendly. Rooms were clean and they did and excellent job with housekeeping. Breakfast was quite basic but if they would help pack a bag of fruit and sandwich if there is an early tour and we would missed the regular breakfast. Few caveats: 1. Hot water is not 24/7, and it doesn't get very hot. 2. It's an old building, the floor creeks and could hear that clearly at night time 3. Breakfast said to start at 6am, but it would take until 6:30 to be fully ready.

Interesting hotel in a historic building and at a convenient location. 10min walk to the main square. Very friendly staff. Room is spacious and mostly comfortable. A few caveats: 1) breakfast should start at 6am but not ready until 6:30. 2) hot water is not 24/7, outside of evening/morning hours need to ask staff. 3) floor creaks badly, can hear neighbors if they walk in middle of night.

Excelente estada em Cusco, base para Machu Picchu
Em viagem ao Peru, com destino final a Machu Picchu, nos hospedamos no Unaytambo por 5 noites e a experiência foi excelente!! O hotel fica numa construção histórica - originalmente Inca e depois Espanhola - com quartos amplos, charmosos e confortáveis. Oferece café da manhã desde cedo, aos que saem de madrugada para passeios, e sempre tem disponível chá de mate que ajuda na aclimatação aos 3.300mts de Cusco. Em nossa estada nos forneceu apoio na contratação de tours e traslados, bem como na recomendação de passeios e restaurantes pela cidade. Deixamos nossas malas no hotel quando fomos a Machu Picchu e na volta já estavam em nosso quarto, o que facilita bastante a logística da viagem. O staff é super gentil e atencioso e a localização é ótima - próximo da praça principal (Plaza de Armas), numa travessa tranquila e silenciosa. Recomendo!

Characterful hotel choice in Cuzco
Unaytambo Boutique Hotel is situated in an old colonial building based on superb quality Inca foundations. Our room was spacious and comfortable. All the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast provided a reasonable range of sweet and savoury items with cooked eggs/omelettes available on request. The hotel is close to the centre of Cuzco and there are plenty of excellent restaurants and historic attractions available within a short walk. Much more characterful than some of the chain hotels in the city.

サンペドロメルカドまで徒歩15分が決め手。コリカンチャに隣接。入り口は小路にあり見つけにくいが、インカ時代の建築を残してるようでクスコらしさを味わえる。室内は、シャワーの湯量が若干少ない。濡れたものを乾かせる板(すみません、名称不明です)があり、洗濯物を乾かすのに便利。

O hotel fica a 300 metros da praça central, o que é positivo. O staff é atencioso. Mas há problemas de conforto na hora de dormir. Meu quarto, por exemplo, tinha uma clarabóia e as 5 da manhã eu estava com luz na cara. Os travesseiros são péssimos. Mas com o staff atencioso, no segundo dia colocaram um pano escuro na clarabóia, facilitando para dormir. Tive que pedir algumas toalhas de banho para colocar embaixo dos travesseiros e deixá-los ao menos numa altura que não desse torcicolo.O café da manhã era razoavel, ser em ovos, paes, frutas, suco, queijo e presunto. Enfim, é um nota 3 de 5. Os quartos são charmosos. Agora, se valer na sua avaliação o fato de ser construído sobre um sítio histórico e manter sua porta inca, isso vale uma estrelinha a mais. Mas nao me fez dormir melhor.

Hotel agradable con excelente trato de personal.
Brindan muy buen servicio e información turística de lo que se les solicite, proporcionan apoyo en indicaciones con mapas y ubicación, costos y servicios. Es un sitio estratégico para visitar la plaza principal, la catedral, el museo , el mercado de artesanías donde tienen varias alpacas vivas, buenos restaurantes como el Limo, donde me proporcionaron un bolsa con hielos para evitar la inflamación de mi rodilla, de una caída que sufrí, además de disfrutar de un riquísimo ceviche y bebidas muy frescas, y otro platillos típicos deliciosos. Hay para todos los bolsillos, no puedes quedarte sin probarlo.

Meine beide erwachsenen Töchter und ich haben eine Woche in dieses schöne, kleine Hotel in Cusco verbracht. Alles hat gestimmt: das Hotel ist zentral aber ruhig an eine kleine Gasse gelegen. Unser Zimmer war geräumig, sauber, und hübsch angemalt. Das Personal war aüßert freundlich und hilfreich; die haben unser Gepäck aufbewahrt während wir eine 5-tägige Wanderung gemacht haben--und die Umstände gemacht, das Gepäck zu lagern und wieder in unserem Zimmer anschließend zu bringen. Wir fühlten uns sehr zu Hause dort. Ich kann dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen!

Beautiful, Colonial Hotel Close to Everything
This hotel was such a pleasure to stay in. The staff was very accomodating. The rooms were spacious , with gorgeous hard wood floors , and peruvian art and textile furnishing. I can't say enough positive things about this establishment .

Unaytambo, un pequeno hotel hermoso
Perfecta estancia, la localizacion del hotel es excelente en una zona segura y bella de Cusco frente al templo inca Qoricancha, la habitacion era muy linda y de buen tamano, el bano totalmente nuevo, el personal es muy amistoso y servicial, la arquitectura colonial del hotel es bella, el desayuno incluido es de buena calidad.

All but ruined the trip to Cusco
They didn't have my 3 night reservation on file from Hotels.com (although I had email confirmation) and one of the nights did not have any vacancy. They were quite unaffected by the idea that a woman and her six year old daughter did not have a place to stay. Their response was a mere shrug and statement "We didn't receive your reservation, what are we supposed to do?" The internet was terrible, without cell service or wifi, I couldn't call to make other arrangements as I kept getting disconnected. I was traveling with a larger group and two of the other people were also staying here. I was able to have a third bed put in their room (for a charge which took 2 days of negotiation to remove from my bill) and my daughter went to stay with other people in a better hotel with more space. Everyday I had to change rooms, they gave assistance if they happened to be available, but most of the time the one or two people working was occupied elsewhere. This also required a lot of waiting to get let in and out of the front door, waiting for a room to be vacated, waiting to ask someone to bring a glass of water to breakfast, etc.

Cozy place
We were a group of 8 & found this place to be very cozy and it felt like a home rather than hotel. The rooms surround the courtyard which in the morning is so sunny & warm; the perfect place to relax before a busy tourist day. The rooms we had were all lovely and quiet as the hotel sits off of a busy street. The staff booked dinners for us, they set up drivers for us, they couldn't do enough for us. They even had breakfast ready for us when we had a very earlier pick up to start the Inca Trail. Overall it was a great experience & we will definitely refer and hopefully get back for another stay!

staying in a bit of history
The taxi pick up from the station was very friendly and didnt charge us extra to bring us to the atm and restaurant to have dinner after sending us to our hotel. We didnt have any more cash left with us and he needed to collect payment on the day. Hotel staff friendly enough. If you want to stay in a hotel with a bit of history, this is really cool and within walking distance to plaza des armas. One negative point is that when we asked for a late checkout, they immediately told us it was chargeable.

Great hotel, didn't get our double room
Booked in advance for two nights either side of our Inca Trail trek for a double room for our honeymoon. Got a twin room both nights, all the doubles were taken. While I appreciate we weren't staying there long, I expect what I've booked, especially for my honeymoon! Shame, as the staff were very helpful and the rooms were lovely. Be aware if you are booking the same.
