“The actual 2 bedroom apartment was fabulous, the location of the property was safe and close to many restaurants…. What I didn’t like and actually it may not even be anything Sonder can do about it, but the trash dumpster was filled to the max and garbage bags on the ground was too close to the stairwell that leads to the Sonder apartments and it smelled real bad in 100 degree temperature…. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay.”

“The property has some wear and tear and lacks quality in the workmanship within the rooms; however, it was all we needed. The Bedding, Bathrooms, and Kitchen were clean. Whenever we reported an issue, we were supported as soon as we called. The air conditioner in the 2nd-floor bedroom hardly worked, and the central air on that floor never worked. “This hotel had charged minibar payment that I never never used. I did not even look the minibar section on the table, so I do not know what kind of snack and beverage there. I have sent an email to the customer service, however they sent me a false receipt. I sent an email again, they did not answer. I am very unhappy for the attitude of this management. I am really disappointed. ”
