"Booked 5 rooms for our group through Expedia — one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. Check-in was painfully slow, taking about 30 minutes. The front desk seemed completely unprepared for a group booking. Not a great start. Our room was assigned directly behind the breakfast area. Early morning prep noise woke us up well before we planned to get up — no chance of sleeping in. The walls throughout the hotel are paper-thin. The room between ours and our friends' room was occupied by a particularly inconsiderate guest — first blasting their TV loud enough for both of our rooms to hear, and then, after the TV went off, very loud and unmistakable intimate sounds that were clearly audible from both sides. Our friends heard it again at 7 in the morning. Multiple rooms in our group were affected and it was extremely uncomfortable. For the price of 5 rooms, we expected at least a basic quiet night's sleep. This hotel delivered slow service, poor room placement, and nonexistent soundproofing. Would not recommend and will not return."
