This was a wonderful location for a quick ferry visit to Martha's Vineyard. The hotel itself is a little worn down. The location, the pool, the walking distance to the town, and the friendly staff made it a wonderful visit.

Easy to find and park close to your room. Great lawns and outside pool with loungers for relaxing and sunbathing, Close to wide range of shops and restaurants on Falmouth's main drag. Rooms a little tired but clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. We'd happily go back.

good location, great pool, easy access. rooms were great and shower was good. good ac major complaint is why are staff members banging on my door, waking me up to inform me of checkout more than an hour in advance? very bizarre and if the hotel was on fire and highly unneccessary

Great location. Dated property.

Like many other reviews, we found this hotel very dated. The room however was a good size with a very large bed, sofa desk and a table with a couple of chairs, plus a fridge. The bathroom was fine. Importantly it was clean. The carpet in the hallway was grubby and clearly had been around a good while. The location is excellent...1 minute walk from the main street with the bars and restaurants, and a few minutes drive from the harbour.

Historic Cape Cod Hotel

A great place to stay. Great Cape Cod Hotel. Friendly staff! Perfect location, right behind main street. Close to all the shops and restaurants. Spacious, comfortable room.

Great place to stay

Great place to stay. Rooms are good size with sitting area full size fridge, microwave, & coffee pot. the inn is located 100 yards from Main St. which is great for exploring downtown shops & dining. The inn is also about 1/2 mile from Surf Drive Beach. Highly recommend.
