"Honestly, I wanted out as soon as I got there. Place is run down, and it shows. The environment isn’t great."

"The hotel its self was alright. The room was a nice size. We had a pull out couch but with no sheets or pillows to use with it. We requested them 3 times and the finally brought them at midnight. We have 3 small children, so we just went out and got our own. We also requested more towels twice and never got them. The fire alarm went off a total of 8 times in the 2 nights we stayed there. We got this hotel for the pool. The night we swam with our children, a party was going on and there were 10 teenagers along with a "guardian" who were all drunk and high. They were vaping in the pool. Again this was with my children there. Along with 2 other families. They kept falling and swearing and then they started to fight. Thats when we left. Unacceptable."

"Run! Don't walk from this place! I cannot express it enough, to any of you considering staying at this dump! We checked in and out within 1 hour of being at this disgusting, rundown space for lack of what i really want to call this place. This building should be condemned and the owners charged with whatever charges would stick! and this was part of the Wyndham family! Shameful and a health hazard! DO NOT STAY HERE!"

"The elevators were down. I was not notified until after I arrived. I have an injured knee and could not carry my bags up several flights of stairs. I canceled and had to go elsewhere using an inflated last minute rate."
