“Location was excellent. Very clean and spacious rooms. More spacious than most other rooms in Syros. Breakfast was also good. Self serve buffet and had variety. No lift. We ran into an issue with our key pad lock and they were on site immediately.”

To our surprise and disappointment, the room was facing a parking lot and a construction, where dust blew right into the terrace. Also, the room was much smaller and uncomfortable that what the photos depicted. As soon as we got there, we wanted to leave and asked for a refund. After contacting Expedia and the property, our refund was approved without hesitation, which implied that we were right about our complaints. We...
