โOur stay was genuinely amazing. The scenery is extraordinary and the service is impeccable. We came slightly out of season and were upgraded to a phenomenal room, yet the views all around the hotel are incredible. The staff are attentive without being overbearing and will do anything to make sure your stay is as pleasant as possible, accommodating any request (e.g. eating off a different menu, having a particular item at breakfast). We unfortunately didnโt capture all their names but regardless...
โWhat I like Lugga Boutique Hotel is its location, the large duplex hotel room and its services. Three of us were there staying over for three nights and the hotel staffs were super attentive and catered to our every needs. Their breakfast staffs are very helpful, happy, greeted us every morning with genuine helps. Their owner will check every morning to ensure the hotel services are up to standard and also they support females working there! Amazing! โ
