An amazing week in Gümüşlük

Everything was just perfect. Perfect location, a lovely and spacious room which was serviced regularly. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of choice. The service was great at breakfast and the surroundings were relaxing and the premises well-kept. I would definitely choose the hotel again in the future.

Best Turkish holiday in 10 years!

The holiday was the best we have experienced in 10 years of going to Turkey. The otel is under new mangement and they are really making a big effort in customer relations. The staff were friendly thoughout our stay. If your looking for a simple uncomplicated relaxing holiday would recommend. However we had a problem on checking out and were billed again for the stay, due to an administration error with Hotels.com & Otel Gumusluk. We are still waiting after 2 weeks for this to be resolved. But this would not put us off of returning or recommending.

Tek başıma seyahatim için tercih ettim, oda gayet ferah ve temizdi, bir eksik ya da sorun yoktu, kahvaltıda çeşit azdı ama kötü değildi, yaz sezonu olmadığı için anlayabiliyorum, çalışanlar da gayet iyi ve kibardı, sadece otelin sahibi olduğunu tahmin ettiğim hanımefendinin otele yeni giriş yapan misafirin yüzüne bile bakmadan bir hoşgeldiniz demeden öylece resepsiyonda durması biraz tuhaf geldi, ertesi gün kahvaltıda da benzer bir durum yaşadım, daha önce gittiğim otellerin hepsinde sahipleri tarafından çok sıcak ve güleryüzle karşılandığım için bu tavrı garipsedim ve bu durum yüzünden de otele ısınamadım, bir sonraki Gümüşlük ziyaretimde farklı yerler tercih ederim

Aile ile kalmak için uygun bir otel. Temiz, hijyenik, ilgili. Sahile yürümesi 2 dakika sürüyor. Havuzu temiz harika. Kahvaltısı güzel fakat çeşitliliği artılabilir.

Kış tecrübesi

Oda ısıtması çok başarılı, sıcak su 7/24 vardı. Kışın 10 gün kaldık. Tv, klima ve mini buzdolabı olması iyiydi. Su ısıtıcısı olmasını beklerdim. Otel genel olarak temiz. Kış olduğu için işçi arkadaşların lojmanı gibiydi, ama bir rahatsızlık hissetmedik. Kahvaltıda çok temel şeyler var. Konumu güzel. Yazın eminim çok daha güzel ve hareketli olacaktır

Wenn wir nicht im Zimmer waren, wurde die Heizung ausgestellt. Als Argument gab das Hotel an, dass die Reinigungskraft die Heizung beim Saubermachen ausstellt.Auf diie Anwort, warum die Heizung dann beim Verlassen n8 ht wieder aufgedreht wird, gab es als Anwort.."Die Hotelleitung möchte das nicht". Frühstücksraum war auch sehr kalt. Ich kann mich nicht erinnern, dass ich mal in meimer Winterjacke je gefrühstückt hätte. Dann lieber im.Winter das Hotel zu machen, wenn man es nicht hinbekommt.

On est tomber malade toute la famille on a vomie toute la nuit les plats était les mêmes pendant deux jours nous somme très déçu on avais réserver 1 semaine on est resté 3 jours je déconseille vraiment désolé pour l’établissement mes je peut pas gardé le silence

Otel Gumsluk is an absolute gem. Perfect location friendly staff. The food was scrumptious too. Typical Turkish breakfast so don’t be expecting bacon and egg, all adds to the perfect stay .
