I had my sister and brother in law with me and my elderly sister couldn't get into the pool. No steps to get into or get out of the pool,only ladder. Staff and room friendly and nice.

Probably the nicest place in phong nha The staff were excellent and helpful. The location is Central close to hallo coffee which has great coffee. Amazing retreat for some piece and quiet. Very close to Phong Nha caves. The food was at their restaurant was ver good. We loved the little piglets on the property.
