I decided, based on the images of the Hotel online, to upgrade my stay to a Garden Room. The room was true to images…. BUT……. I ran my finger over headboard and found months worth of dust, black mould on silicon within shower/bathroom region, shower glass had mould spots…. When you enter the room you are hit with the smell of moist dirt like walking through the gardening section of a Supply store….the moisture in this room was so bad that paint was peeling off the walls due to this. Building is set IN to the Mountain! A Non Smoking Hotel, my ‘GARDEN’ had over 60 cigarettes butts AND rubbish thrown throughout, minimal effort to clean the room is one thing but blatant lack of making an effort was obvious. Time to hire new cleaners? No Safe for your Valuables.

Had no hot water for my shower, I told staff and all I got was a sorry. No discount or compensation for the inconvenience. Should’ve at least been given a discount, I will not recommend this place to anyone I know.
