"The staff are friendly and nice. I made a complaint about the room not being properly cleaned because there were stains everywhere, the reception staff promised to have a deep clean the next day but it didn't happen since the places I showed her are still dirty and they never bothered to follow up as well. I didn't bother to complain again since it wasn't dirty to the point that is unacceptable for a hotel. The swimming pool bathroom/changing room is also very dirty. I think the hotel manager just have a different standard for cleanliness. The beds are comfortable and clean. Overall, I think the hotel is good for the price and location. "

"Very decent hotel for solo traveler. Small pool laundry service bikes and big shared kitchen available for use. Walking distance to the river. Nice view from room 601. Staff very kind and accommodating. "
