We diid not stay here. Checked in and then checked out again two hours later as the hotel was nit as advertised and was dirty and smelled. We paid for alternative accommodation and would like to tequest a refund

The Good: The reception staff and all those who worked on the main floor.Excellent. Especially Tu, Hein, and the 2 gentlemen who worked at reception. Thank you for all your hard work and help. The Restaurant: Had dinner there once. It was very good. Only reason we ate there once was we wanted to try different restaurants in the city. The reception and restaurant areas: very clean and well maintained. The building: has character. The room we stayed in had a large balcony, and the room was spacious. The Not So Good: The stair case to our room on the top floor, and the hallways leading to the rooms need a deep clean. The stairs themselves were not dirty, but dust has built up along the posts and obviously hasn’t been cleaned in a while. On one of the floors, dirty sheets were kept in one of the hallways. I’m sure there is a better place to put them so guest’s don’t need to see them. The lights in the hallway outside our room did not work. So, arriving to our room in the evening was always a dark affair. Simple fix? Our room: the bathroom room requires a big fix. This is not going to happen as it would cost money. The main issue was the shower. The water runs away from the main drain, and drains into a secondary drain outside by the toilet. Now this really isn’t the problem. The problem lies in that the drain isn’t very effective, causing water to pool around the toilet. As an aside, the bathroom drains sometimes emits sewage smells. Not often, but once is too much.

근처에 음식점도 많이 있고, 시설은 좀 오래되었지만, 직원들이 꽤 친절했고, 레스토랑 음식도 나쁘지 않았음. 밤에 좀 시끄럽긴 했는데, 하루 머무르는데 큰 불편은 없었음.

Welcoming place to stay. Accommodating & friendly.

We stayed in room 406. In their front view photos, it is the top floor with the nice balcony. It is a fairly large room in good condition. The street noise can be bothersome if you are a light sleeper, but i wasn't bothered. The things that aren't perfect: The bathroom shower slopes away from the drain, so water pools at the end. The sink faucet and shower hiss and make noise the first time you use them each day. It's loud enough to bother another person if they are still sleeping. But for the rest of the day, it's fine after the one noisy start. There is no elevator. I didn't mind walking up the nice wide stairs. I saw it as burning calories so that I could eat guilt free after running up and down multiple times per day. But if health conditions prevented it, that would be different. The first night the bed had a lumpy mattress pad. But after asking for a new one, the bed was comfortable. Breakfast has many menu choices that you order and comes to you freshly made. They are mostly Vietnamese dishes, but there are also eggs, toast, and sides of bacon or ham. Also there is cut fruit, cereal, juice, and pastries. The wait staff is very attentive. The restaurant is very popular at lunch and dinner with many guests from outside the hotel. And live music each night. We ate at the hotel most nights on our week long stay. The beach is only a block away, as are many dinning options. The staff made it a pleasant stay that forgave any faults. We would easily stay again.

ホテル側の都合でこちらのホテルではなく系列のソフィアスイートホテルに泊まりました。そのため、ブティックホテルの口コミではありませんので参考程度に見てください。まず予約後に空港からホテル送迎が必要か等のメッセージが届いたのですが、その時点でとてもマメなホテルだなと感じていました。ホテルが変更されたのはホテル到着2日前ごろで、変更の理由もちゃんと伝えてくれました。 _______________________________________ 以下スイートホテルの感想・スタッフがとても親切、かつフレンドリー・どこに行くにも、タクシー呼びますか？と聞いてくれる・部屋がとてもきれい、清潔・それぞれの階に防犯カメラ、入り口に警備員がいるので安全・ご飯もとても美味しいおそらくブティックホテルも同じような感じだと思います。本当におすすめします。あと、これはホテルの口コミとは違いますが夜にランタンを見に行く方は時間に注意が必要です。ランタンが消える22時ごろには周辺にほぼgrabがいなくなります。（どの時間でも少ないのかもしれませんが）そのため、ホテルの電話番号、もしくはホテルで紹介しているタクシーの電話番号を貰っておいた方が安心だと思います。

새벽에 도착했는데 친절히 맞이해 줘서 감사했습니다 호텔 내부가 신축은 아니었지만 청결 상태늘 나름 괜찮았어요 한국에서 년식 있는 모텔 수준 정도 하지만 직원들은 매우 친절했구요 짐 보관도 무료로 해줬습니다 한시장이랑도 가깝고 미케비치 해변과도 근거리에 위치하고 있었어요 그랩으로 각각 35000동 정도 거리 암튼 잘 머무르고 갑니다 친절한 직원들 감사했습니다

다낭 여행의 숙박은 금액과 안락함이 같이 가는 것 같아요. 친절함과 로비 조식은 좋으나 본질적인 숙박시설은 금액대와 함께 합니다. 전 혼자 숙박을 해서 큰 불편함이 없었습니다. 콧물 감기가 걸려서 로비에 얘기하니 근처 약국까지 오토바이로 태워 주는 등 친절은 4성급에 버금 갑니다. 하지만 경관이나 안락함은 가격대 대로임을 감안 하셔야 합니다. 단언컨데 모든 직원이 친절 하다는 것은 칭찬 받을만 하다 할 것 입니다.^^

Es waren wunderbare drei Tage. Das Team hat mich sehr toll mit Getränken und Früchten empfangen. Bei Fragen wurde mir sofort geholfen. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und hatte einen großen Balkon mit seitlichem Meerblick. Das Frühstück war überschaubar aber dennoch ausreichend. Es wurde frisch diverse Speisen auf Wunsch zubereitet. Zum Hotel gehört auch ein Restaurant. Das Essen war sehr gut. Das Hotel kann ich sehr empfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

冷氣跟熱水設備有些老舊，尤其是浴室完全沒熱水，夏天洗冷水澡還好，但是還是很不習慣。員工服務超周到，早餐豐富好吃，超級喜歡小孩子，很適合家庭入住。

Ce n'est pas un hotel à touristes comme ceux qui poussent comme des champignons le long du bord de mer. Petit hotel bien agreable, avec un personnel charmant et avenant. Les chambes sont silencieuses (la notre ne donnait pas sur la rue) et propres. Bon petit-dejeuner.

Good stay overall. Staff were very friendly and keen to help. The rooms were good, comfy beds and working air con. However they felt a little dated and some cleanliness issues in one of the bathrooms. Didn’t affect our stay though and we’d stay again.

친절하고 저렴한 호텔

새벽 체크인이었는데 호텔스탓컴 예약 후 바로 메일이 와서 체크인 언제할건지 확인메일을 보냈습니다. 다른 곳은 메일로 문의하고싶어도 메일 주소 찾기가 어려웠는데 친절히 메일 보내도 픽업관련 안내도 해줘서 좋았습니다. 4층 배정받아 엘리베이터가 없대서 걱정했는데 짐은 직접 다 들어다 주셔서 힘들진 않았어요! 직원 모두 정말 친절하셨어요! 조식은 종류가 나름 갖춰져 있었는데 쌀국수는 너무 진해서 저랑은 안맞았는데 남편은 잘먹었어요! 새벽 도착이라 하루 머무는 곳이었는데 위치도 멀지않고 미케비치랑 한시장은 왠지 가까운거 같았어요! 다음 숙소 가는데 미케비치랑 여러 맛집들 지나가면서 가까이에서 다 보았네요!

소피아부띠끄 다시 가고 싶은 곳~^^

일단 공항과 가까워서 너무 편했구요..차로18분거리.. 그랩 잡아서 바로 도착.. 부모님과 오빠네 식구,우리식구 총12명이 새벽2시에 도착했는데 직원분이 피곤하셨는지 졸고 계셨지만..인간미가 느껴졌음..여권등록도 안내도 빨리 해주셨고 조식이 맛있다는 후기를 기대하며 담날 아침 조식 시간..생각 보다 조식이 맛있지는 않았지만... 밤과 다른 분위기로 친절의 끝을 보여주는 직원분들..한국말 잘 하시는 하나씨..우리딸 머리도 땋아주시고 아들둘과 사진도 찍고 뽀뽀도 많이 해주시고 정말 하루만에 정이 듦. 영어만 간단히 하면 어디서든 의사소통 거의 가능. 소피아부띠끄와 연계된 소피아 스파도 이용.. 마사지도 받으러 갔는데 거기까지 왔다갔다 택시도 불러주시고 돈도 지불해주셨고 마사지 진짜 쵝오~마지막날 또 받고..그곳 또한 친절과 서비스가 굿~ 여행 첫날과 마지막날(마지막은 계획에 없었으나 여기가 생각나서 편히 쉬다 공항 갈겸 급 잡았음..역시 기억해주고 환대해 주심)을 여기서 마무리 해서 참 행복^^* 여기는 다른건 몰라도 점심을 꼭 드세요..내 돈주고.!!비싸지도 않고 종류별로 많이 드세요~또 먹고싶을 만큼 맛집!! 구운새우에 XO소스, 볶음밥 갠적으로 강추!! 시설은 좀 낡고 방에 냄새는 좀 있으나 이 모든것을 감수하고 갈만합니다~^^
