I recently stayed at Cicilia Hotel & Spa in Da Nang and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to get to everything—the beach, food, laundry, spa services, and groceries are all within walking distance. The staff work very hard and are incredibly attentive. I especially noticed how quickly and efficiently they cleaned up after breakfast each morning. The hotel is very clean overall, and I really enjoyed my stay. I would happily stay at Cicilia Hotel & Spa again. Highly recommended!

For the price it was a good deal for very spacious ocean view with balcony room. Main concern was the noise since the room faces the lobby entrance main street and my room was on floor next to the pool. Breakfast was ok but not outstanding even though there was a good variety to choose from. Overall we would stay beee again for the price but not as luxurious as the pictures with some wear and tear in the rooms.

Loved our 2 bed apartment with in room bathtub in main. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of room. Two ensuites were brilliant, and the air-conditioning.got really cold. Only knock on the room was upright lounge chairs and ripple in windows tint which detracts from the magnificent sea views. Two pools provided a great option if one was too busy. Breakfast was fine but hectic. In a location close to beach and food, but not much shopping. Overall fantastic value accommodation

It was great staying at Cicila Hotel , the room we stayed at was comfortable and clean. Staff were really friendly and welcoming. The only thing is that outside our room the hall way smelt really bad and out package included breakfast buffet so maybe making different food and making sure when guest are there to eat there is plenty of hot food available. Overall it was great our family loved using the pool and was comfortable stay.

Nice spacious room. I book a 2 bedrooms suite, it big and very clean with beautiful sea view. The front desk staff were very helpful and honest, they wanted to show me a penthouse and a 2 bedroom suite to compare before I wanted to do the upgrade. The hotel staff allow my son to use the piano for a longer time. Housekeeping staff were very caring gave me more bottle of water and towels. I had the best customer service and support at Cicilia hotel. This hotel should get 5 stars.

We stayed for 1 week and found the Staff always friendly, courteous & Professional. A special thank you to Kim Anh? (Service Supervisor)….She always had a smile on her face and helped us with any issues or questions that arose. She is an excellent employee and made our trip even better. We will return 😊

Perfect 17-day family stay with friendly staff

I spent 17 wonderful days at the hotel with my wife and our two toddlers, aged 3 and 5. From the start, we experienced exceptional service and great facilities that made our holiday truly unforgettable. Concierge Duc patiently waited for us at the airport despite our delayed flight and helped with our luggage, ensuring a smooth arrival. At check-in, the always cheerful Hà warmly welcomed us. Although we had previously sent a request for Penthouse No.1 in advance, it was not guaranteed. Due to logistics, we were first given a different penthouse, which was also very nice. Hà did everything she could to fulfill our request, and the next day we could switch to our preferred room. She was genuinely caring, always smiling, and offered excellent tips on things to do and places to eat Our clean, spacious, modern room had comfy beds and a stunning beach view. Housekeeping was excellent. The hotel is just steps from the beach, surrounded by restaurants and cafés Receptionist Ngoc regularly came over with a warm smile to check on us, asked how we were doing, and always made sure we felt comfortable. The concierge team Duc, Hung, and Cuong were incredibly kind, always ready to help with luggage and gently assisted our youngest child in and out of taxis with great care Breakfast was a highlight thanks to Nhung, a very kind and thoughtful lady who offered to help with food or watch the kids. She truly made mornings easier. Our children really liked her. Highly recommend this hotel!

I loved that its was 3mins walk to the beach. Beautiful decor lobby. Greeted by gentleman name Hoa with a big smile and welcoming. Offered a refreshing drink while waiting to checked-in. Frontdesk lady name Quyen with friendly smile greeted me. She was so professional and polite. She knew my Vietnamese wouldn't up to par, so she spoken English instead to make sure all my questions were answered. I ended up staying only 2nights here. Room was unreal, minus that I had to look at some restaurant grass backyard as my first view. 😃 Wish I had stayed here 4 days before. Will definitely stayed here in the future. This hotel breakfast is top notch, I pretty much ate bfast,lunch and supper all in the span of 4hrs. I didnt, but could of. Overall, I was pleased with all service that this hotel offered. I do recommend anyone coming to Da Nang to checkout this magnificent hotel. Can't go wrong with 3mins walk to the beach. Thank you again Cicilia!!!
