The room and hotel were clean and comfortable. The view from the pool is epic. I enjoyed the morning breakfast as well. I found all the staff very approachable and friendly. I stayed at the hotel from March 20 to 23 along with daily breakfast, on these days dining in the hotel restaurant In the morning although breakfast was very busy. but a female staff Ms. GIANG impressed me she was friendly helpful with excellent service It also made me have a good impression of the hotel and Oyster Harbor this place The hotel has such a service performance of excellent employees is really rare so reflect to the hotel in recognition of its excellent service performance.

Good hotel for me

I felt room is clean. And I feel room condition very good. If you use laundry bag, spares are not provided.I have to tell lobby to pick up new laundry bag. Noise is very loud at night … because it is beach side. But I hope to stay there again. Breakfast, room condition and cost performance are good.

Staff was nice, breakfast was great. A little loud at night because of the clubs on the beach, but not too loud. We did end up losing a wash cloth we used on an excursion. They ended up charging us $2 for it no big deal, but since they decided to charge us for that they missed out on the $5 tip we give the front desk.
