The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. The location is amazing if you are looking for a river location. The view of the dragon bridge was perfect. The pool/work out area was a bit underwhelming. We had an amazing time and for the price, I would stay here again.

The constant cleaning of the room the staff so helpful and polite breakfast was great filled me up for most of the day the view from my window allowed me to to watch the dragon bridge show right from there close to all the shops eateries and the coffee shop in the lobby was a plus open early closed late enough great center point start your trip in Da nang so you can see all the main sites there and neighboring areas I would definitely stay here again

Hotel was in the middle of everything. Close to everything, very pleased and happy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast oh couldn’t ask for more. Options are: could add bit more of foreigners dish like fish and chips, spare ribs, lots of pork dish as some guests don’t eat pork. Apart from that, everything was 100% beautiful. We had a lovely weekend at the Haian Riverside. The location is perfect being right across from the river in a walkable area of many restaurants, bars, shops and cafes. Our balcony had an amazing view of the Dragon Bridge. We spent an evening at the rooftop bar which also had beautiful views. The staff at this hotel couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast was very good. We will definitely book this hotel again.

This is a great location that is right next to the river. The staff here are all wonderful. The room is nice and very clean and the breakfast very good. It's also quite close to the dragon bridge so you can catch the fire and water show if you stay during the weekends.
