Good location for food and beach and coffee. Hotel is strict on early check in but you can store luggage which was nice. Water is hot and bed is good. Safe didn’t work in my room which was part of the reason I booked this hotel. Much prefer the west side of da nang as the east is even busier with all the markets. Restaurant across the street is excellent. Breakfast at the hotel is not great but free. There’s a restaurant next door that has live music that plays until midnight every night FYI, hotel is old and walls are thin.

It doesn’t have direct access to the beach (it’s a block or so back along a busy road), it doesn’t have rooftop gardens and it isn’t in a nature reserve.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Sunny Ocean Hotel. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great decor and very comfortable beds. The staff were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a huge variety of options. It is within walking distance of all popular landmarks, making it a perfect location. We will definitely come back. Gusmi and Susie from the front desk was very helpful and accomodating.

I have travelled to 35 countries now and i cant think of a nicer hotel than Sunny Ocean. Great staff, the buffet breakfast was absolutely awesome, room was incredible, spacious and clean and very comfortable.
