"This is a nice hotel and the best option if you want access to a pool in SL. The pool was closed when we were there…I would have stayed at Siki (where I have been many times in the past) if I had known. All of the staff were kind of lovely. "They claimed they had no reservation even though I have the receipt. so I had to pay twice. This is as much Expedia’s fault as it is the properties for not properly vetting their vendors. I’m pursuing a refund and maybe more if Expedia doesn’t deal with this promptly. This is clearly a scam."
