the Room is very spacious and clean. However, needs some remodeling on the bathroom. Also the AC needs to be serviced. The food is great and yummy! The elevator is very tiny and located in a not good spot. The staff should be more friendly and attentive.

The Hotel, room and staff were great. The area around is loud, dirty and offers very little in the way of restaurants and attractions.

The staff are nice and very accommodating however some of the rooms needs to be cleaned. Firt room that was given to us has fishy smell and foul odor. I requested to be transferred to another room and my request was granted.

Nice Hotel
Nice hotel. This was the second time we've stayed here. Right on the middle of town and close to several places to eat and catch transportation. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The restaurant food was good and reasonably priced. Our stay included a nice breakfast from the menu. If stay here again.

I was given a room without a sink and was not offered a deal except a sorry word it was a terrible experience when I complained abt the room reserved has a fowl smell I was forced to say yes bec we were so tired and need a room to sleep

Very nice medium-size hotel. Very clean, modern design, friendly staff. Highly recommended. By the way, we also like the fact that there is a medical diagnostic center on the ground floor of the hotel, so my mom and brother was able to do health screening blood tests while we were there. Fast and very reasonable prices. Value for money stay for the family.

Property is good, very nice hotel but limited dining around the area. Restaurants close to early, around 9:30-10:00pm.

Beware if judging solely by the photos
My wife and I have been coming to the Lenox for a few years now whenever we are in town to visit family, and the experience has always been satisfactory. Truth is, it was the only game in town for travelers seeking accomodations more in line with your average “Western-style” hotel — most hotels in this locale are something more akin to something we call “motels” in the States. However, with the establishment of a handful of quaint, comfy boutique hotels and, most notably, the Monarch Hotel, the Lenox begins to pale in comparison. Sure, it’s only a three-star hotel, but it clearly aspires to be, at least in appearance, more than that, and in this aspiration it falls short. It’s in the small details: staff unprepared to receive you, a mirror with stains, a bedcover with stains, a rug that has seen better days, faulty water flow from a faucet, discolored water in the bath... at first glance the Lenox would appear to be something more than its three-star designation, but the experience is decidedly three-star — perhaps less so for someone not as forgiving.

The room was great. When I booked the property it was indicated that it was good for 3 pax. But when I arrived I was charged for the 3rd pax. Linens and towels were very awful. Service was great. Food in the restaurant is good and affordable.

Roll away bed was a mattress on the floor!
I booked and paid for a room for 3 people. They said they will bring a roll away bed. It came and it was a single mattress to lay on the floor! I told them that was not acceptable and they brought in another mattress on top of it. Still on the floor!!! The room was so small that we could not even walk around the bed after the mattress was put in!!!!

Shower would flood and go to our sleeping area
Rooms were very small. Shower did not have door and it would flood the whole bathroom because the drain was clogged and water would go to our sleeping area. I had to stop in the middle of my shower to call them again. We had to change rooms after the 2nd time. Breakfast choice was very limited.

Bad experience
The stay was quite uncomfortable. They said that the renovation starts at 10 am but they started at around 8 am which woke me up. I asked for some extra linen which looks like a rag. The towels looks like rags which has some pieces of strings hanging from it. There aren't any face towels either. They have a really good service but crappy food. Even the bartenders don't know how to make their cocktails and even the alcohol is watered down. When they're renovating hopefully they change the linens and towels. Even the walls have cracks and dents in them. For what we paid for it is trully a bad experience.
