Best staff when it comes to hospitality and help. Pool needs more cleaning. Leaves are just floating and or at the bottom of the pool. Stayed there for 3 days and saw the same dirt. Food is great and price are decent.

I think this is a great resort/hotel for the price. I found the staff to be excellent, attentive, and courteous. The pools are very nice for the kids and the water park is suitable for the whole family. The views are good and it’s close to a beach area. The restaurant was a bit pricey for the cost of the hotel but overall I give them a thumbs up!

It's an old building, and situated in the middle of a poor area. Directly outside of my room window are slum housing. It's advertised as something really good, and it's NOT. The only thing good was the many pools if you like that. The breakfast buffet was average at best. It should be priced around $25 - 30 per night.

I should not ask the staff to clean our clean, the house keeping and no towels twice after clean room , I feel very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. This no way a five star room Never stay here again and to fair the restaurant staff and pool staff were great Happy with pools )) We went down to reception and complained twice. And of course when we left the room for going outside we ask the cleaner clean the room , when we got home yeah it’s clean when my gf saw the bedsheets they didn’t change the bedsheets they just fold it and No towels even one towels that was the day before Wednesday night when we got home so my gf going down in receptions ask for towels coz there’s no towels in there . I would not recommend this hotel, as the price does not match the service. This is first time in my life I have never left a tip in hotel. I would have left 2000 pesos for tip for the housekeeping but the room is terrible cleanliness , however bad service was. Kind Regards Kevin

The hotel is fine. It is missing the finishing touches in every element to the rooms, dining, pools and activities. The staff are very helpful but unable to make a decision without higher up approval. Kids had heaps of fun in the water park area. Mould in the room so after many discussions, finally changed us to another room. Seemed to be a known issue with the rooms.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. What truly stood out was the excellent customer service. Every staff member was professional, friendly, and clearly dedicated to their role. From the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant team, everyone made me feel welcomed and well taken care of. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The room was organized, relaxing, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. It’s clear that the hotel puts effort into ensuring guests are comfortable. The food was also a highlight of my stay. Meals were fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavor. There was a good variety, and everything I tried was satisfying. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service, comfortable accommodations, and great food. The staff truly make the experience special, and I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here during a Typhoon. The place is sturdy and built like a fort. I attempted to go out to my car one night and steped out that door and almost blew away. inside it was quiet no wind sound no rain sound very quiet and calm atmosphere.
