“Great location; nice resort; beach access”

“My husband and I stayed here for a few nights, you could not get any more in the centre of the rainforest if you tried. This spot was beautiful, the creek / swimming holes that run through the property were absolutely stunning to swim in. The cabin we stayed in needs a little work but was clean and perfect for us. The staff were amazing, restaurant food was pricey but really good, the steak was 10/10! Perfect place to stay if you want to explore the rainforest, cape trib ect. Definitely...

“Location was so beautiful so close to nature gorgeous beach. Due to rural area only a few options for food but still good one walkable couple very short drive. We did one night cooking on the campsite bbqs which was lovely. Lots of options for tours too.”

“This is a magical property. The cabins are super cute and the bathroom shower was wonderful. The Daintree Rainforest literally surrounds you. The staff was exceptional and did an amazing job. Your ability to see a Cassowary goes up exponentially staying here and doing their nature walk. We saw one on the walk and one that literally walked onto the property near our cabin! ”

“We had a great stay. George the owner is very proud of his property and showed us all around his gardens. The rooms were spacious, clean and modern. Very convenient to Daintree Discovery Center. All damage from the December 2023 “extreme rain event” have been repaired. Don’t hesitate to book. You can have breakfast and dinner at the hotel cafe. Otherwise, there are very limited restaurant options, and no markets nearby, so stock up before you get on the ferry, either at Mossman or Port Douglas....
