We reserved a Spa Suite for $425 USD - upon arrival, the assigned room was tucked in the back corner of the property and was very, very tiny with a large tub on the outside deck - certainly not a room that should be advertised as a "suite". Even worse, the only view from the room/deck was looking at the backside of another building and the air conditioning units for each room. We asked to be moved to another room, but unfortunately, the property was completely booked so they could not move us. To their credit, they did allow us to cancel our 4 night non-refundable reservation without penalty. We did receive a full refund. The staff were as helpful as they could be. The property looked nice, just not the room we were assigned.

We have stayed at Peppers in Port Douglas quite a few times and have never been disappointed. The staff are always friendly and willing to go that extra mile with making suggestions for places to visit, activities and dining options. There is plenty to do in Port Douglas with including some wonderful Barrier Reef tours and some beautiful restaurants. The Rooms are always beautiful and clean with fresh bed linens and the beds are very comfortable. Can’t wait to return again .
