DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL โ SCAM ALERT
I made a confirmed, non-refundable booking for my wife through Hotels.com and paid in full online. When she arrived at Bi Hotel Sarl in Dakar, they refused to let her check in and told her they donโt accept online payments โ only cash.
This is completely dishonest. Why list your hotel on a major platform if you wonโt honor online bookings?
They waited until she got there to demand cash, even though the booking was already paid. No refund offered. No help. Just cold treatment and excuses.
This is a scam tactic. Avoid this hotel at all costs. They take your money online, then deny you service on arrival.
Hotels.com should remove them immediately.

Cโest totalement malhonnรชte. Pourquoi รชtre prรฉsent sur une plateforme comme Hotels.com si vous refusez les rรฉservations dรฉjร payรฉes ?
Ils ont attendu quโelle arrive pour exiger un paiement en espรจces, alors que tout avait รฉtรฉ payรฉ dโavance. Aucun remboursement. Aucun soutien. Juste du mรฉpris et des excuses.
Cโest une arnaque. Fuyez cet hรดtel. Ils encaissent votre argent en ligne, puis refusent de vous accueillir.
Hotels.com devrait les retirer immรฉdiatement de leur plateforme.
