“The property is located in a well kept garden next to a small but beautiful beach. Rooms are well kept and relaxing. The staff are fantastic and always willing to accommodate requests. Food was excellent, particularly the Sri Lankan breakfast. The menu has increased and has a great selection of Western and Asian dishes but is quite expensive.”

“Stayed here many time. Staff amazing and place really beautiful. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Unawatuna. Good Wi-Fi in communal areas (doesn’t quite reach all rooms). The eco friendly question hotels.com asks is difficult to answer. They give lots of bottled water, which I guess isn’t very eco-friendly - but that is what tourists want. I guess maybe if they had a large central water dispenser people could refill bottles for that would reduce plastic use. I think some tourists might complain...

“everything is made to make you feel welcome, the staff is wonderful, from the cleaners to the pool technician, the cooks , the people at the reception and the manager, thank you all for this lovely stay! the place is a little paradise on earth, the rooms, the restaurant, the swimming pool, the location, one of the best place we ever stay. 2 steps away from the beach, jungle, shopping, restaurants etc.., but away from the busy main street. will defitinely come back!”

“Very nice owner and family! Good rooms, with a great and big balcony. Two steps from the road were everything happens, incuding all restaurantes. Near to the beach and if you are lucky you will se some monkeys from balcony. Good value for money! Really a good place, recommed!”
