Clean room，staff friendly

It’s a five stars hotel. We stayed in high floor with beautiful lake view. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Dali Taoxi Secret Manor is easily one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The whole place feels like paradise with its beautiful gardens, and looking out at the mountains every morning was just stunning. My room was amazing and very well thought out. It had a fantastic bed, a wonderful bathroom, and a nice little courtyard. My spot right next to the main hall was perfect, and the mountain view from the room was incredible. Breakfast was great every morning—always fresh, delicious, and...

Great location with easy access to the Old Town area within 10mins walk. Very big room for zen space and able to view the mountains from the room. Tasty local food breakfast items.

We could not expect anything better while staying at Ripplewood in Lijang, Yunnam, China. We were treated like part of their family. Every morning we had free breakfast and every time we were gaven Flower Cake, a famous local dissert cake made of flower paddles, after coming back from a tour in ancient cities. The unit we stayed is a loft, so my kids stayed at the loft and we stayed at the first floor, which gave us a planty of space. The bathroom is newly remodeled with an advanced toilet and...

大管家-萱萱“真的是非常热情贴心，对客户照顾得非常周到。我们从心里十分感激她的帮助。

Amazing staff and they take care of you. I have never seen such friendly staff!

Wonderful hotel in the heart of Dali Old Town. Exceptional service throughout our stay.

I stayed in the Suite at Hotel Indigo Lijiang Ancient Town, and it was truly remarkable. The traditional courtyard is gorgeous, quiet, and feels like a peaceful haven—yet it’s just a 5-minute walk to everything in the ancient town. The suite itself is top-notch: comfortable, spacious, and beautifully designed with local character. From the moment I checked in, the staff's warmth and hospitality were incredible. Unfortunately, a bad hit of altitude sickness meant I was in no condition to enjoy the...

I booked to stay in this hotel by customers reviews in this app. Although the price to stay is on the higher side, but I think it's worth. The location is right in the center of the ancient town. However, this is a little crowded. If you don't mind the crowd. But if you are strictly for peace of mind, relaxing holiday than you better pick a hotel out of this location. The customer service in this hotel was great and food was good too.

Loved the hotel, excellent stay, environment, and Lijiang Old Town is walkable with many anemities. Definitely recommend. Staff is friendly, very friendly and quick to respond.
