"The staff and service were great during our stay. Our room was quite comfortable with a lovely view of the Xinghai bay bridge. There are some nice restaurants in the area, but due to the sheer size of Xinghai square you have to walk a bit to get anywhere. We wish we could have stayed for longer."

"The room was fantastic and the cleaning service was very good. The breakfast and main buffet meals were very good. Swimming pool was very good. The bar was shocking. Staff didn’t understand what people wanted to drink. Very expensive and always empty. The 2 restaurants that were in the hotel were awful. Very expensive. Rubbish food and very rude staff. Would never stay at this hotel again. "
