Thank you for taking time to let us know about your experience while staying with us. I have shared your feedback with the Engineering team regarding the bathroom fan so it can be addressed. Regarding the pool, we do have a pool on property. It is an outdoor pool and it is closed for the winter season due to low and freezing outside temperatures which we experienced in Dallas this week. It will re-open in the Spring season, when the outdoor temperatures are comfortable and safe for our guests. Thank you for commenting on our clean rooms. Additionally, the rooms have been newly renovated as of July of this year. We consistently receive positive comments regarding our updated rooms since the completion of the room renovation. Moreover, as we are a Courtyard brand, we have a Bistro restaurant on property which serves breakfast and has it's own menu with ala carte pricing as is the same with all Marriott Courtyard brand hotels.
