We had a problem with noise in our room during the night. The staff in the morning were fantastic. The manager upgraded our accommodation to Gold class without hesitation. The service of the staff overall was first class.

Hotel was very nice compared to hotels twice the price. Nice amenities. Good location in Arts District. Only complaint was the room was cold. Couldn't seem to make it warmer. No additional blankets in room. Parking at hotel too expensive

Room was a good size on the 18th floor. Having the separate Gold Lounge or whatever was a surprise bonus. Based on having a room available they were kind enough to allowed me to check in early at no additional charge. Highly recommend!

When I first arrived, I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness and the missing toiletries. However, the manager contacted me quickly, and he immediately helped by upgrading me to a new room that met—and even exceeded—my expectations. He was very attentive to my needs and made the process smooth and pleasant. Overall, my stay was a delight!

My stay was amazing. Room comfy and all around was good. Food in the restaurant was delicious and my favorite was the Le Labo products in the restroom. One of my favorite perfume. Will be back again for sure.

The staff were great and the on-site restaurant had a great menu. But one lift for 20 floors was a nightmare, you had to get the one going up to fit in, then you stop on every floor. Took 15-20minutes each morning.
