"The hotel was pretty chaotic given it was in was in the middle of a remodel and brand change. The staff was lovely, but no one was at the temporary check in desk when we arrived. After waiting about 10 minutes, another employee arrived and checked us in. The bed was comfortable, but there was no chair in the room. There was remodel debris including piles of old mattresses in the parking lot. It was actually a good sign, I guess, as we had a new mattress in the room that was very comfortable. Completely remodeling a hotel while it is open, is very difficult I am sure, and it will be nice when the work is done."
