"The sweet little cabin had everything we could have asked for! The large back porch was definitely our favorite! We ate our dinners out there, sat and watched the silly squirrels chase each other, and were under cover when it was raining. All that and the peaceful babbling brook added to our stay. Nicely stocked kitchen with coffee, spices, etc. Combo washer/dryer is a little small for the number of people it sleeps but they work fine and there were laundry supplies provided. "Our room wasn't ready at arrival. We waited in lobby for about 15 minutes and then we offered a different room. Upon entering room, we discovered bed bugs. We were then moved to the original room we were supposed to have. The staff were friendly. However, we never received any kind of offer of compensation or even contact from management. That was our first and last stay at a Hampton Inn."

"Check in was fast and easy. The room was spotless! The dining room and bar staff were very attentive and friendly. The dinner was decent and served very hot but the fried green tomatoes seemed to be premade, frozen and then cooked.. The free breakfast could have used more options. We had a noisy ductwork issue with our room that was handled immediately and with no fuss we were given another room. The front desk brought another keycard when they came to investigate the problem and moved us right then, impressive customer service! Would definitely stay there again."

"Staff was very helpful and the breakfast each morning had a nice variety. The room was clean, but could use a little sprucing up. The bathroom door did not lock and the exhaust fan was not strong enough to keep up when showering. The only curtain that shut all the way was sheer, so we did have a lot of light coming in the room at night. The gym did have free weights, however it looked as though some guests may have walked out with some of the weights. There were a lot of them kissing from the rack. Overall, it was a nice stay."

"Room was really dirty. Sheets stained. Smelled of cigarettes with burn holes on the bedding. Pool is not functioning right now. Very misleading rooms do not look like the pictures. Also water would not drain after taking a shower. The outside of the property is also very dirty and covered in bird poop. Front desk was friendly and moved us to another room, that was not as bad."
