“So impressed just walking in through the jungle foliage. Staff had friendly greetings throughout our stay. La Troja Restaurant did not disappoint. They have a beautiful pool area. Live music on Thursday night and a delicious breakfast was included in the morning. Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Next time we’re in San Isidro we will be staying at Hotel Del Sur.”

“Nestled into the nature preserve. We were there at the start of the offseason. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and the view was epic. The pool area and restaurant were amazing. We plan on coming back someday to Costa Rica and if on the Pacific side we will spend more days here. Can’t recommend this place enough.”

“The grounds are beautiful and the facility was clean and well-kept. Staff members were pleasant. We would actually consider staying there in a different room but the white cabin with the thatched roof was awkward and uncomfortable to the point that we left after one night even though we knew we wouldn't get a refund. You can tell from the photos that some of the description is inaccurate (It's just one bedroom and doesn't have a private pool though there is one pool for all guests to share.) but...

The restaurant was very nice with a variety of options that were reasonably priced. The sparkling pool was clean and refreshing. We ate each night in the restaurant which had a great selection of well prepared foods. Our waiter, Bernardo, was very entertaining. When in the area again, we will stay here again.”
