"Rain shower didn’t work, changed me rooms and rain shower still didn’t work, same with safe. No receipt given on checkout because receptionist didn’t know how it worked, no help with bags either when checking in or changing rooms. Chased after me to take back pool towel because apparently can’t take to beach. No offer of compensation. Have online check-in where can add pickup and they never showed and said at arrival had to arrange differently. Don’t have something if you don’t use it. When I complained to reception, they laughed and didn’t offer anything as a resolution. 0 stars, AVOID AT ALL COSTS"
