“Although the hotel is older their are things in need of improvement advertising of a pool without one,no hotwater, ants,no night stand to place or plug in cellphone bad internet.No complementary coffee or breakfast as advertised ,poor lighting, some staff friendly some not so.and I have visited Jamaica many times and places over 45 years. Even the poor must be honest and advertise as so.”

“This is a hidden f close to the airport. I really enjoy the stay it had a nice big bed and was clean. The bathroom was a bit small but not inconvenient. I like that my room was facing the criteria pool they have. Now they I found this place I will be back”

“The apartment itself was clean. The check in was easy. There is a man on the property who helps and gives you the keys. My first issue was the pool. The pool was out of order like not a drop of water in the pool. I was told “oh it will be ready next week”, which I wouldn’t be there for. I’m on vacation it’s my birthday, I filtered places with pools and boom I pay get there, and there is no pool ? Absolutely set my trip off completely wrong. There was multiple times the owner could’ve reached...

“Expansive and grand looking property - lovely pool with waterfalls and very helpful and cheerful staff with towels etc. Multiple beach areas to hang out but wish the beaches were swept in the mornings. Also would be nice if we were told about all of the amenities upon arrival such as beach area with the water sport activities - wasn’t aware until day before departure. An information booklet in the rooms would have been helpful. Unfortunately, the area where my room is located had an awful...

“We literally were only there for half hour and had to leave! Please is outdated, room smelled molded! Bedsheets and bedding were dirty, that is had pee stains! Went outside the room to catch my breath from the room and a lizard about went in my hair! The room door had gaps that insect or lizard could come in! We left and tried to get a refund but we're out right denied, even though we were there for half an hour!”

“The room was very clean, however the rooms are located in a very local shopping mall with lots of loitering outside, very noisy, no windows so felt claustrophobic. The outside was dirty , crowded and noisy I did not feel safe enough to stay there so I left.”

“I booked the hotel for colleagues.. Upon passing by the hotel in route to somewhere else, prior to check in time, we could not believe the hotel was even open. The property was extremely unclean, piles of trash, abandoned vehicles etc. I could not let our guests stay there. WE NEVER CHECKED IN. I do not recommend staying at this hotel until they clean up the property.”

“The property on the Lady Hamilton side is very nice and there are tons of amenities and the beach is very close by. The rooms are large and a bit dated, but they do the job. The only drawback I would say with this resort is that the staff don't seem to be aware of a lot of what's happening and they don't inform you of the different amenities that are available to you so we found out a lot of things towards the end of our trip. On check-in we did not get the information regarding the hotel...
