“I've stayed there twice now on each visit to Plymouth. The rooms have been refreshed, clean and the area is generally fairly quiet. The location means you can walk to the Hoe, Barbican readily, and the Drake Circus is 5 minutes away. If I return to Plymouth, I'd readily come back!! And the staff are great :) ”

“Amazing property and very clean. The only suggestion I would make is for the property management to email the access key information rather than text it to guests with international numbers. I never received the information so I had to call and that resulted in a delay in check-in. Other than that everything was perfect. ”

I also received check in details over text so great to refer back to on arrival with a fried brain from a long drive. The room was clean and comfortable with sufficient tea and coffee everything I needed after such a long day. Thanks so much ☺️”
