Darwin Stay

This is not a 5 star resort but is clean, tidy and a very friendly run small complex. Free parking, very central and I can walk everywhere. Excellent Internet and very comfortable. My second time back and won't not be my last

Conveniently located close to Mitchell Street without the noise. The best bit was the owner's flexibility around a late check-out to accommodate work commitments and a late flight out. Would stay here again anytime!

I had a fantastic stay at City Gardens Apartments in Darwin! The owner was incredibly accommodating, and the housekeeper was absolutely brilliant. The location is perfect - peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle, yet only a few minutes' walk to the town centre. The apartments are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Darwin.

City Garden Stay

I was very happy with my stay at City Gardens. It's a little old but very pleasant, clean, tidy and very central. It had an excellent free NBN Wi-Fi service along with free parking on site. I generally walked to most places and really loved the area Waterfront. Unfortunately most parking is payed but that's expected when your in the City like most states.

Property is central, well equipped but quite old. The pullout bed was not suitable for sleeping as and the mattress has no padding on the springs. There was no toilet paper at the property!!

Good sized unit. Great location. Small but nice pool area. Very nice beds. Kitchen was very under-equipped which made food prep a challenge. Shower is a good size but had mould on the grout lines. PowerPoint next to telephone was broken. Second bedroom had no hanging bar in the wardrobe so couldn’t hang up any clothes. While I understand the need for the front gate to be locked it was a pain when trying to bring in/take out all our belongings.
