“This was our second time staying at the Colonial Hotel and it just keeps getting better. You can’t beat the location and with the addition of the outdoor pool and food/bar service the amenities are exceptional. Our suite was spectacular. Big, clean and comfortable. This won’t be our last stay here! We will be back…and probably sooner than later.”

“Mold all throughout the shower. Run by a bunch of teenagers who are never at the front desk. Extremely damp towels folded in our rooms and when asked for dry ones they replied the dryer is broken. A staff member entered our room without knocking while we were in bed saying they were here to fix our safe that we never asked to fix. We left a night early because we felt extremely unsafe. Would absolutely not recommend for families. Photos must have been taken years ago. False advertisement.”

“We stayed in an apartment at South Shore Suites and had an excellent experience. The place was spotless, very clean, and well maintained. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the air conditioning was a great plus during our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, and we appreciated the thoughtful detail of having coffee available for the coffee maker.
